1. Free Domestic Shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Enjoy the convenience of free truck delivery of Ychoiceme products to your door without paying any additional shipping fees. -
In order to ensure a smooth delivery, please inform the carrier of any circumstances that may impact the delivery process. This may include, but is not limited to:
* Dead-end street
* Narrow driveway
* Island locations requiring ferry access
* Particular parking location for the delivery truck
* Alternate delivery locations, such as a side door or garage entrance

2. Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are: 1 - 3 business days depending on product design and Item.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)
4. Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@ychoicemeclosets.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
6. Order Cancellations

If you contact us immediately after making a purchase, we can help you cancel your order. For example, if you have paid but your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order. We will refund you in full.
- Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
