I.Wardrobe Size And Measurement Method

Q1.What is the standard size of a bedroom closet? How to choose the right size?

A:Our closet sizing follows international sizing standards, and each product detail page is accompanied by a corresponding width and height sizing chart.

Q2.How To Measure Your Space?

A: 

  • Most walls aren’t perfectly square, so measure each wall in three places - bottom, middle, and top.
  • Extend a tape measure along the base of your first wall (above the baseboard). Jot down your first measurement, rounding to the nearest 16th of an inch.
  • Next, measure the middle and top of that same wall and record the measurements.
  • Use the shortest of the 3 measurements you just recorded as the final measurement of the wall.
  • Repeat these steps for each wall in your space.

II. Material And Quality

A: The walk-in closet is made of MDF with metal trim and needs to be mounted to the wall with the required hardware (already configured). Be sure to have all tools available prior to assembly.

Q1:Why can't I find my order?

Answer:If you don't know your online order number, don't worry.
There are two ways for you to retrieve your order information. First, you can login to our website and access your account to check. Secondly, you can also check if there is an order confirmation email in your inbox.
If it's still not there, please contact our customer service.

Q2:Do I pay first or after I receive the package?

A: We will start preparing your order only after we receive the payment.

Q3:What payment methods do we support?

A: We accept the following 2 main payment methods:
1) PayPal

2) Secure Credit Card Payment 
In addition to PayPal, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,Diners Club Apply Pay, Google Pay,Shop pay.

Q4:In which currency will I pay?

A:All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day the card issuer processes the transaction.

Q5:How do I add closet color, size and quantity to my shopping cart?

Answer:We recommend that you click on the size/color/quantity option on the product page and then click on the “Add to Cart” button or click on the “Delete” option in the shopping cart to remove unwanted items.

IV.Delivery and Logistics

Q1:How long will it take to ship after placing an order?

After placing an order, it usually takes 1-3 days to process the shipment. If it is the same continent, it is normal to receive the package on the second business day, other remote areas usually take 7 business days to receive the package.

Q2:How do I set up my shipping address?

As our website and services are English-based, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation.

Q3:Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

V.Return and Exchange Services

Q1:How to apply for a refund

A: Product Quality Issues

  • Product is damaged or defective.
  • Components or parts are missing.
  • Product does not match the description.
  • Product is damaged during transportation.

Solution:

You must request a refu nd within 30 days of receiving the product. (Contact Us) 
Please follow one of the methods below:
A. Reshipment: You can submit pictures or video and we will send you a brand new product.
B. Refund: You can submit pictures or videos and we will refund 65% of the purchase price. After you return the product to our designated warehouse, we will refund the remaining 35% of the purchase price. Return labels are provided by Ychoiceme.

Issue 2: Order Problems

  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • Received an unwanted product.
  • Found a better product.
  • Unauthorized purchase.
  • Order canceled.

Solution:

You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. (Contact Us)   
Please follow one of the methods below:

A. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If you decide to return your product, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging and contains all original items such as manuals and warranty cards. The product must be in resalable condition. After the product is returned to our designated warehouse, we will refund you based on the availability of the product.

B. Refund without Return: In certain circumstances, we can negotiate alternative refund methods, but this must be resolved within 30 days of your application.
